Automatic on-line folding system for the HP4500 & HP4000 Designjet plotters.
The Rig-804T produces a crossfolded print in less than 10 seconds and is the ideal solution both for high volume Users or Reprographic bureaus.
The folder is quiet and efficient and will increase productivity and workflow.

Fan and cross-folding on-line for complete folding with final A4 format.
Max. width of sheets 42” (107 cm) and of length up to 120" (3 meters).
Fan fold size 170 to 220 mm in 1 mm step.
Cross-folding size adjustable from 28 to 30,5 cm.

Fold programs :
- equal first and last fold (with compensation fold)
- filing border: 190 + 20 mm (adjustable)

Max. speed 8 A0 formats per minute, in synchronism with plotter.
Possibility to feed sheets manually.
Paper weight 80 to 90 gsm.
Copy stacker – vertical type- extra wide for about 150 A0 formats, folded in A4 size, is included.
