CAN FOLD UP TO 250 GR CARDBOARD AND GLOSSY PAPER
The FMZ 100 paper folding machine has all the advantages of a suction feed model, but at much lower cost. The unique bottom paper feeding system makes it possible to handle offset paper up to 250gr, glossy paper and also sets of stapled sheets (3). Due to the bottom feed, it is possible to reload the FMZ 100 while running. The side guides adjustment is most easy and accurate : the left one is clipped in notches that are positioned all over the feeding table and the right one is adjusted with an accurate millimetric rule. The positioning of the fold stops on the folding trays is also quick and accurate : they are first roughly positioned with a cursor and the fine adjustment makes the positioning accurate. The sheet separator is most efficient due to a very precise adjustment knob. The long belt stacker is aligning perfectly the folded documents and has a large capacity. There is no need to empty it all the time. An operator can run the FMZ 100 continuously because of the high feeder capacity (400 sheets 80gr paper) and the long stacker. The speed is adjustable up to 15 000 A4 sheets folding per hour. If necessary it can be increased up to 24 000. Paper weight : from 40 to 300gr. Paper sizes : from 105mm wide by 50mm up to A3+ (350mm width). Suitable for V, Z, U, window and double parallel folds. Max folding trays length : 550mm (650mm optional). Testing the folds positions can be done with the hand wheel for manual paper putting through. Size (HXDXL) : 350X530X1100mm. Weight : 38Kg. Power supply : 230V, 200W.
